Registration & Pricing Tiers

Professional Workshop Fee (Early Bird) + 1-Year Membership | $90 Includes full workshop access and a one-year GRSA professional membership ($75 fee + $15 membership).

Professional Workshop Fee (Early Bird) | $95 Includes full workshop access for professionals not desiring GRSA membership.

Student Workshop Fee (Early Bird) + 1-Year Membership | $60 Includes full student workshop access and a one-year GRSA student membership ($50 fee + $10 membership).

Student Workshop Fee (Early Bird) | $65 Includes workshop access for students not desiring GRSA membership.

Affiliate / Vendor Registration (Early Bird) | $100 Includes workshop access for vendors needing to purchase additional registrations NOT included in sponsorship package.

Prices will increase after the August 7th Early Bird deadline.

Preconference Activities

East Palisades Hike & Compass Navigation Workshop: Join Georgia Tech Outdoor Recreation for a scenic hike along Atlanta’s beautiful East Palisades Trail! Experience lush bamboo forests and stunning Chattahoochee River views while participating in an interactive, hands-on Compass Navigation Workshop led by Dr. Haley Hester. Perfect for all experience levels, you'll learn the essentials of map-and-compass navigation while connecting with fellow recreation professionals in the great outdoors.
  • Location: East Palisades Trail
  • What to Bring: Comfortable hiking/walking shoes and water. (Compasses and materials will be provided).
  • Time: 1:00 PM  to 4:00 PM
  • Participant Maximum: 14

Tour of Georgia Tech Athletics Facilities
Atlanta City Pass: One-time admission to the Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, Zoo Atlanta, Fernbank Museum, College Football Hall of Fame, and National Center for Civil and Human Rights. Note: Tickets are valid for a 9-day period starting on and including the first day you visit an attraction.
